Well the Republicans control the Congress and are now in hot water for numerous bribes. Republicans control the White House and are now hated around the world and have caused the deaths of thousands and have pissed away billions. So who controls the culture right now? And who are the corrupt ones? Why I dare say that the Republicans cause a (wait for it) culture of corruption.
