It was a mixed reaction from the crowd during the match itself.
Some Royal Rumble participants got hardly a standing ovation (like MNM and Trevor)
The guy you sometimes see in the audience with a backwards red cap and a light blue shirt, and usually a ton of signs, he was there. He's been to so many that one could almost call him a WWE superstar.
The first several rows of folding chairs were WWE Royal Rumble design that fans can take home, as long as they take it with them to one exit and present their ticket stub. I wanted to break mine over someone's head when people offered to buy them from me. But I didn't. Instead I told them someone else was offering more.
Finlay defeated Brian Kendrick.
