Would you escape through the door, or over the top of the cage?

I'd go over the top, myself. But that's just me.

I'm short and not the greatest at climbing, so I'll stick with the door.

It's more dramatic to climb, though...

Indeed. Going out the cage door is LAME! I myself would climb, but not before doing a crazy high spot, like a diving elbow from the top of the cage, onto Kamphausen.

Climb out for me, too. Going out the door is mostly naff.

Or I'd be dumb and throw Rob out through the door.

iono, if i opened the door with rob's face i might go out it.

I would climb on top of the cage, jump off and hit Rob, climb back on top of the cage, jump off and hit the cage and then finish by climbing on top of the cage, jumping off and hitting myself.

That's three people getting for the price of one for those of you doing the math.
