Since the speed of light is relative to the initial starting velocity, if a lightsource was traveling at C velocity north and shined the light South, what would a stationary observer see?A straight line of light or a flashing ball, depending on the position of the stationary observer.Really? Did you look that up? I was never quite sure. 'Cause wouldn't that mean the light was stationary relative to the stationary observer? Would they see no light? It's confused me for years...Well no I didnt, I just thought about. I mean wouldnt it be almost the same as if you where looking at a passing comet or meteor? From the way I see it one object can only be stationary for a period at a time because we are all moveing. So if say BOB was stationary then the light would not be and visa versa. It also has to depend on where BOB is. BOB could even be in a possition where he cant see it at all for a period of time. If BOB was say in a possition where the thing was coming at him then he would see the ball of light. And then if BOB was say to the side of the thing then he would see the streak. Kinda like if some one where to throw a ball at the same place, and you where to change your possition and be stationary when the ball come flying by you would see it three different angels.... I think.
Can you blow bubbles with your nose?Nope. Try to and failed lolNot even underwater?lol, I wasnt thinking that way! Yeah I can underwater lol
How come my scanner light is always on?To tell you its plugged in. My does it too.But it only does it sometimes. And when it isn't on, the scanner actually has to warm up the lamp. I think it might be addicted to electricity... I need to stage an intervention.Hmmm, even when you unplug the scanner? Or it might be becuase the light might be going, like shorting out.
What causes blue lightning? The magnitude of the voltage. No, I mean how it's a big ball of blue electricity. Technically, nobody knows. My teacher studied lightning for his thesis ~five years ago and hasn't the foggiest clue.Oh, oh okay! huh dunno that but I have an idea about the blue part. Isint like blue flame.. Blue flame is caused by the intensity of the heat. Its so hot that it turns blue-ish white. I'm sure it has something to do with that. As for the ball of electricity.. I dunno, I had a fire ball go through my house once but thats a bit different.
Isn't it though? Ever hear of Emmy Noether? (sp) She's goddam Batman! Einstein looked up to her.No I havent! Wow Ill have to look her up!
