Can a man truly change? I mean if he sincerely repents before his fellow man and in the eyes of our Lord Jesus Christ, who died upon the cross, Amen?
And if he seeks forgiveness for the injurious wrongs he has performed against his brothers and sisters almost since the time of his birth and atones for these grave misdeeds?
And if he turns his back on spiritous liquor and cheap bar room floozies and shuns the sinful back room encounters where he engulfed the genitals of strange men just as the mighty whale engulfed Jonah?
Can I get a Hallelujah?
