Teach 8th grade math for a public school in Texas. Its sucky because you are ALWAYS thinking about your job: kids/papers to grade/lessons, etc. Then you get observed once a year. If it goes crappy, sucks to be you because if you apply in another district they can request your evaluation for as long as youve been teaching and read up on how well/poor you were teaching the day the principal came in. Been evaluated by my specialist (glowing review) BUT have yet to be observed by my dean *yucks* he's really mean.........Anyway, its the last day of my break so I'm going out and contemplating THAT there is only ten more weeks.....then its SUMMER BREAK!
