Hmmmm, I miss the days when straight white comedians could be funny...now only latino, black, female, and gay comics can be funny..but most aren't--mnany black and a few latino comics being the exception. Humor is humor it is meant to incite feelings that make you feel awkward and you laugh, becuase deep down in our dark, human hearts many of us can relate to the shittiness of how we truly are minus the PC brigade. That is why it is comedy..it takes absurd human foibles and smacks them in our faces...it calls us to an extreme or outlandish point in reality and we laugh, because it is true. Until we can laugh at the issues and until we can discuss the good and bad of them in public there will still be people that call for sensitivity..sensitivity is bullshit..common decency is one thing..attacking a person directly is one thing, but nameless comedy is rather funny. Until we can laugh at ourselves we aren't really human.
