I'm sure it will happen at some point. Hardy's already had schedule issues, although they seem content to let him slide.
a lot of their talent works with ROH, as well, and sometimes there are issues there. the recent suspensions of Austin Aries and Roderick Strong (which I think is bullshit) being the most recent.
a lot of TNA's names also appear for NWA Cyberspace cards, and a lot of the jobbers you see on Impact wrestle for the florida NWA affiliate. can't remember the name right now.
