Do they? In what part of the country? From what I've noticed, fashion trends seem to lend more towards the 'Moby' look nowadays. In fact, shitloads of people shave their heads bald, and its perfectly acceptable. Hell, it's not even something that's noticed, from my experience. And, this is coming from someone who normally shaves their head...
