I didn't find a good spot for revealing her power, so if one of the writers who will follow my post would find a good spot to do, she has a meta-traking-power related mostly to her nose. She smells her prey. Plus the usual shit about having the resources to hack on Echelon and such.
So, I'd say she followed the flight of Ozzy from the castle to the Munich by "the Raptors" transmissions (if I got correctly that the raptors were the ones who were shooting at the airfield) and then, in Munich, she simply followed the smell.
