technically Riker was Captain of the Enterprise in Best of Both Worlds. It wasn't just taking command, he was promoted and given formal command. So he should be pictured.

And Robert April was in an animated episode.



Nicely done, Ray. I never watched any of the animated episodes, so I had no idea they ever pictured April.

And, I always forget Riker, really, as he only had command for...what...three days? I guess he could be considered one of the lineup...
