Second one was good : A holo-character appears to be out of control.. she is created to be Ensign Kim's girlfriend, but she becomes obssessed with Tuvok instead.

Voyager crew figure out that it is actually a woman from a nearby ship who is very lonely. After demanding that Tuvok stay with her or Voyager will be destroyed, he convinces her that love is not about forcing people to do what you want.. that may sound very simple to you, but many can't seem to grasp that one.
