STAR TREK : THE NEXT GENERATION

By a huge coincidence, RELICS - the episode guest starring James Doohan is on right now, after I'd posted that news article about Doohan's ashes being sent into space.

This is an excellent episode. Doohan reprised his role as Scotty beautifully. I would rather remember him as he was in this episode: fat and healthy looking, than as he looked later in life... thin, pale, and ill, which he was.

RELICS :

Montgomery 'Scotty' Scott is discovered suspended in a transporter beam 75 years after he disappeared. After the Enterprise crew re-materialise him, he has a hard time adjusting to the new future.
