The IC champion was involved in the ladder match, as were both of the current IC contenders (Flair & RVD). The fact that the ladder match was interpromotional obviously stopped the title being on the line, but I fully agree that there are too many titles!
There should only be one heavyweight title, and one tag title! Now if they got rid of one of each & reinstated the HC title, that would be ok!
