Initially I heard that the ECW contracts were for $75000 a year, but just recently like bsams said, the figure being thrown around is $1500 for the higher paid & $500 as the minimum, rather than a yearly base rate.
On top of PPVs etc, its believed that merchandising will also be a decent extra income for anyone signing to ECW.

I think its just another indicator that Mahon is just trying to deprive TNA of a talent pool of "name" wrestlers!

There are guys out there who dont need the money, and guys who will refuse to work for a WWE owned company out of principal, but nobody can be mocked for wanting to earn as much money as they possibly can.
