From a geological and astrophysical perspective, your car is sitting on a continent, subject to very slow continental drift. So your car is moving at any one time. In addition, your car is on the Earth, which is spinning and circling the Sun. The Sun itself is bobbing up and down as it rotates through the Milky Way Galaxy. So your car is in a different place at any given point in time.
From a philosophical persepctive, only when you truly come to know where you are, will you come to know where your car is.
