The show starts, and first thought that comes to my head is that I'd rather listen to Carlos & Hugo Mexican than Tazz & Cole, as they make more sense even though they only talk Mexicanese (or whatever language they talk).
First match is MNM vs London/Kendrick (Melina is in the ring, but I dont think its her match).
Ok, here come the two guys that have beaten MNM over & over again in non title matches, so whats the betting they lose the match now the belts are on the line?
London & Nitro start it off!
Strangely, the match starts really slowly for such small guys!
London speeds things up briefly as he takes control!
Quick tag from London to Kendrick!
Mercury tags in!
Kendrick gains the upper hand with some basic moves!
Double team from London/Kendrick!
Kendrick flies over top rope & nails both members of MNM then throws Mercury back in the ring!
London misses a top rope cross body!
Nitro tags in!
Double team as Mercury tags back in!
Melina attacks London while ref is distracted (she wraps her legs round his face)!
London & Mercury tag out!
Kendrick takes down both members of MNM until Nitro hangs him on the ropes!
Snapshot double team from MNM but London breaks the pin!
London then Kendrick are thrown from the ring!

Mercury defends himself until Melina kicks him in the head!
Nitro attacks Mercury outside the ring but refs try to seperate theme.
I the mele, Teddy Long gets knocked on his arse!
Well looks like thats another tag team broken up!

very possible, although I think it's a bad move breaking them up right now. they were one of the few good things about Smackdown.
and I gotta say, I'm glad Booker won KOTR. they surprised me here. Booker can do a lot with that gimmick, plus he's now in line for a title shot.

the undercard actually doesn't sound too bad. it's when you get up to the top of the card that things start looking downward. Angle/Henry, UT/Kali, Rey/JBL.

Still, it's sounds like the undercard had it's share of problems, what with botched finishes, and finishes that just seem rushed or played out. Granted, any undercard with Benoit, Booker and Helms (COME BACK, HURRICANE!!) is going to get some bonus points, but overall, this sounds like another boring, forgettable, WWE's not even trying anymore PPV.

I'm sick of ad-hoc tag teams, but WWE doesnt seem to care for real tag teams.
They totally failed with Cade & Murdoch (even though I hate Murdoch), The Bashams, La Resistance & Hurricane & Rosey, now they have failed with MNM!
Every time they get a tag team that doesnt look like its been thrown together as an aside, they split them up just as their momentum is on a high!
MNM were one of the best heel teams we have seen in ages!

Good match, although could have been faster paced in places as all participants are capable of better!
Only pisser was the stupid split!
Benoit/Finlay:
Not by any means a bad match as Finlay showed some of the old Finlay style from years ago, but still relies too much on punches & weapons these days, and not enough on wrestling!
Typically good performance from Benoit helped raise the match a few notches!
Gillian/Melina:
Not really much of a match but would like to see these two on RAW in the womens division.
Melina has shown a lot of improvement, and Gillian does seem to be talented like I heard!
Not terrible but not good either!
Helms/Supercrazy:
Apart from the botched ending, this was a superb match!
Not gonna go down as a classic in eithers career, but a good solid match!
Henry/Angle:
Fucking excellent performance from Kurt (is that any surprise) as he did everything he could to try to make this a real match!
He was full on from start to finish and if he had had a better opponent, this could have been the greatest match ever......thats how hard he worked!
Henry was Henry!
Fucking stupid finish with the count out but good to see the Angle intensity at its max!
Lashley/Booker:
Not a match that people will talk about for a long time, but reasonable, if uninspired performance from Lashley, and a return to form of Booker!
Booker definetley made Lashley look better than he is!
Khali/Undertaker:
No matter how hard Taker tried to make this a workable match, Khali just has no skills at all!
Credit to Taker for trying, but even he has his limits!
Almost as bad as Lesnar vs Goldberg!
JBL/Mysterio:
Not sure about this one!
Not a bad match by any means, but just something about it failed to make me enjoy it too much.
Probably the biggest weakness in this match is how weak Rey has been booked recently & even in this match he spent most of the match being beaten!
Had this match been a lower card match, like say for the US championship, it would probably have been a lot more enjoyable, but as a main event it was pretty weak!

do you think part of the problem is that Rey's been booked to be massacred for weaks on end, making him look weak? sure, he's the underdog, but just getting beat down week after week, without making any comebacks just kills him, imo. it's not like when they tried the "giant killer" angle with him in WCW.

The fact is, they have shown him be descimated by Henry, Khali & Kane, and then we are sposed to believe that he is a viable champion!
If any of those matches were title matches, he would have lost the title with barely a fight!
It seems the only way Rey can win is if the title is on the line!
His win to loss record as a champion has gotta be the worst in wrestling history & he only ever seems to win by luck!
They need to book him as using his speed, intelligence & high flying to overcome the odds, rather than sheer luck!
