The extra money for it goes to a scholarship at the school Sam Loeb went to. If you objected to it, you shouldn't have bought it. You knew all along that it was drawn/written by 26 different people. It's not as if this is the first and only book to be delayed, at least there was a legitimate reason for it this time.
I thought it was a good story, especially the second story. It really got to me because I had a 17 yr old friend die when I was in high school too.
