Its all about the launch!
WWE does not believe that ECW can launch as a stand alone brand without a handover period involving multiple crossovers!
As for Wednesdays show, thats not a PPV and will be little more than a two hour long commercial for the PPV!
Hence the fact it has had very little promotion in the lead up, and the fact that both shows will be ECW/WWE!
