I'll give you the same advice I just gave not wedge, try reading what others like you have written.

Also, act the scene out to help you with the action. Do this in front of a mirror even, or ask a friend to help out. As I said in my first post, my fiction writing teacher once asked if I acted out the scenes in my story because I had a lot of action in it. He was surprised to find I didn't.
