Just finished the mission inside the casino...I got creative with that one...According to the strategy guide, I was supposed to waste the scientist with a bomb planted in the DNA briefcase, but I snuck into his room, shot him, strangled his bodyguard, and snuck back out of his room through the window.

That's some good stuff.
