My ideas tend to be strange, so if I WERE to come up with an idea to bring Barry Allen back it would probably involve a sundial, jumper cables, a white cat with black spots, the Tacoma, Washington Yellow Pages, a blue Lava Lite, disc three of season five of the Simpsons, a black cat with white spots, earmuffs and Bronson Pinchot.
