so all this stuff was really old. so old in fact WE probably gave it to him. and it doesn't prove any of the allegations that he had working programs at the time of invasion.
its all a bunch of could be and might be shit. if i have a bag of fertilizer in my garage i COULD make a bomb or it could just be a bag of shit sitting around.
