I think in many respects its a good thing.
Putting Batman in the film it will just end up being Brave & The Bold the movie rather than JLA as you just know they will give him all the screen time!

I think a JLA movie without Supes & Bats has a lot of potential!
As long as some bigger names like GL, Flash, WW etc are in it, then it will have enough to make it a potential success!

Quite frankly Batman is DCs Wolverine.
He has to be in everything, and that doesnt necessarily make it good!
