Bored as hell, broke out some old CDs and decided to make this post...scanned CD covers from my personal collection whenever possible. Remember..it's my opinion. Post yer own.

Number One-

Bad Religion- "No Substance" (1998)

 -

I'm a longtime fan of this group, which dates back to the early 1980's...tracks to listen for:

"The Biggest Killer in American History"

"No Substance"

"Mediocre Minds"

Number two-

The Misfits- "Famous Monsters"

 -

A definate change of sound since the Danzig days, and more polished than the Micheal Graves debut disc "American Psycho"...The Misfits seem to have went into more of a "psychobilly" direction than old school punk with this album, especially with the tracks "Saturday Night" and "Scream".

Tracks to listen to-

"Forbidden Zone"
"Hunting Humans"
"Saturday Night"
"Scream"
"Helena"

Number three-

The Donnas "Get Skintight"

 -

I love this band....imagine a female version of the Ramones, they really remind me alot of the Runaways....

Tracks to listen for-

"Zero"
"You Don't Wanna Call"

Number four-

The Offspring "Smash"

 -

My favorite of the so-called "new So-Cal" sound...the best of the crop out there now, IMO.

Tracks to listen for-

"Self Esteem"
"Come Out and Play"
