My dog is acting really strange right. She seems sick but I can't tell. Symptoms include: - Constant shaking of head and scratching in the ears.
Loss of energy.
Loss of appetite.
Swollen mouth.
Some red discoloration around the insides of the ears.

I did a quick google search earlier but couldn't find anything. I agree with The Franta's comment -
whether or not you identify the cause of your dog's problems online, go to the vets just to be on the safe side.
I remember when I used to keep budgies and they got sick, they'd often give me this look, like they thought that I could make everything better. Often I didn't know what was wrong and in any case you can't explain to an animal - 'look, you're sick. We'll take you to the vet and get you looked at."
I found it kind of hard to deal with.
I hope your dog gets over whatever's troubling him/her. If it is an allergic reaction you might want to think about any changes in their diet or home environment that could have caused this. Have you been walking them in a different location recently? Have you been using any new household cleaners or detergents?
Also pay attention to the symptons - are they gradually getting worse or are there periods where they appear to go into remission? If the symptoms come and go, keep a note of times and locations and think about what your dog was doing in the hours leading up to the attack.

Perhaps CJ could give her thoughts, since she's studying to be a vet(if I recall correctly)?

I took her a couple hours ago after she started throwing up and couldn't move of her own voilition, it turns out it was Black Widow spider bite. Bit her right on the lips. ![[no no no]](graemlins/nono.gif) They actually found the carcass still in her teeth. She'll be fine in a few days.

I'm not exactly sure it was allergies because the bite came from a black widow, and you don't wanna get in the way of their venom. So, its hard to know.
