You said you weren't a big fan, so I took that as indicating that you either didn't like it or just didn't like it much. Oh well.
It's one of my favorite films, but I suppose part of my enjoyment came from the fact that I saw it "blind". I hadn't heard anything about it, I wasn't familiar with Nolan or Pearce yet, and I picked it because the movie I came there to see was sold out and it was a long drive back from the indy theatre. Similar circumstances surrounded my seeing Pi, another favorite of mine.
