Hmmm..You may have a point there..I cannot recall having EVER seen a truly caucasian Klingon, though there are lighter skinned Klingons...perhaps the Klingon homeworld has strong sun exposure and conditions on a worldwide scale that are similar to Africa.... ?
That might actually mean there are no true caucasian Klingons...
