Hmmm...I really think this is something you need to learn yourself, through experience and interaction. It's different for everyone.

For example, I think Pariah is a HUGE tard. However, some of the rest of the board might disagree and think PrincessElisa is a bigger one. Lots of people make fun of rex. But, he hangs like the rest of us (small and to the left). I, personally, am an ENORMOUS tard. But, I can make fun of myself enough for that.

So, take the time to dip your foot in the putrid waters around here. See who bites your toes, and, go after them.
