girardi is fucking great. i always liked him as a catcher (

) but i think its very impressive how he's turned around the marlins this year.
however, like peejus said, marlins attendance is horrific. always has been. which is terrible, considering they have two rings in the past 10 years -- a feat most teams would kill for.
i always thought they should combine the two florida teams into one miami team -- really take advantage of that area's strong latin following of the sport, not to mention populace.
