I watched it. It says something when the only sincerely interesting parts was the asian time/space guy.

That was some of the lamest writing and dialogue I've seen in quite a loooong time. I mean, it was like they chose bits of popular shows (the LOST connections and the gifted child/"Walt", the "specials" of the 4400, the no-costumes of SMALLVILLE) and wrapped them in trite, boring dialogue, with random pop culture references (i.e. comic books) thrown in at haphazard intervals.

What was the solar eclipse supposed to signify? Where did the blood disappear to when the cheerleader shredded her hand? Are we supposed to infer that heroin helps you predict the future? Some nurse the "I can fly" twat was...hey, the dude on the floor may be dying, but, ignore him and go check out the paintings. Oh, and look...some secret evil organization (I bet it's the government!) wants to get them.

Maybe it will get better. But, judging from this pilot, I'm not inclined to wait for that day...
