Yep. Different guy.

Though it appears Mind Wipe Guy's powers aren't as effective on other "specials." He mindwiped (supposedly) Esper Cop Matt, yet Matt knew his identity, wife, etc. And he mindwipes Rapist QB Brody and Brody's totally lost his identity. And both times, Mr. Bennett told him to "go deep."

Or perhaps Mind Wipe Guy doesn't want to do a full mindwipe on other "specials." Maybe he resents being used by Bennett against other "specials."



I noticed this, too..perhaps "Mindwipe Guy" is his own man... and does not like what he has to do, so he does not make the effect last long ...It could be that his power is only temporary when it comes to other power enhanced beings like himself.. or, his power overall is simply not as permanent as we've been led to believe. I expect we'll learn more about this in time.
