Yep. Different guy.

Though it appears Mind Wipe Guy's powers aren't as effective on other "specials." He mindwiped (supposedly) Esper Cop Matt, yet Matt knew his identity, wife, etc. And he mindwipes Rapist QB Brody and Brody's totally lost his identity. And both times, Mr. Bennett told him to "go deep."

Or perhaps Mind Wipe Guy doesn't want to do a full mindwipe on other "specials." Maybe he resents being used by Bennett against other "specials."



Dude, what is with Matt passing out all the time? His powers drain him or something?



I think he's just going to have to learn how to filter out others' minds. Both times he's collapsed have been in crowd situations.
