I believe Eden has some kind of mind control power, which she seems reluctant to use, but will if Mr. Bennett commands it. There was the close-up of her whispering to Isaac, and this exchange from two weeks ago while talking about Mohinder....

Eden: I asked him to stay.
Bennett: Please. You and I both know you can do a lot better than that.

It was something to that effect. On it's own, it doesn't seem to mean much. Given tonight's episode, however....
