Solid, solid episode.

It lived up to its hype by NBC that it would address with clarity the "save the cheerleader" mantra.

I'm not ready to make too many full-on predictions, though I thought Wednesday's were interesting. Kring has said someone will die, though he has intimated it will be someone closer to the action (than say, the Mom, which was Wed's prediction). My prediction for a couple of weeks now has been Isaac. We've seen less of his backstory than anyone else's thus far and his power, while cool, is made somewhat less useful by Hiro's ability to time travel. It's possible that it could be Niki/Jessica, but Ali Larter's such eye candy for all the str8 boys that I'm not sure I could see them killing her.

One thing that the producers need to be wary of is intrducing "supers" left and right. We now see that Eden has some kind of "power of suggestion" (probably not a full-on mental thing, more likely she needs to actually speak to the person she's trying to influence). And we meet Charlie the doomed waitress with "super memory." As someone once said, if everyone's special, then no one is.

We all wear a green carnation.
