DX beats the same 3 tagteams they beat last week in a Texas Tornado Match.
Then they tell Coach they're taking over for the night!
Jeff Hardy beats Nitro for the IC title, Melina screams a lot!
Maria interviews Hardy, and is interrupted by the screamer!
DX chases Coach into the ladies room!
A fat little stripper dude molests Coach!
DX throws Coach into a dumpster!
Whole buncha 'Edge v Cena' flashbacks!
Hype next weeks RAW season premiere! (x infinity)

My narcolepsy is kicking in!

Ya know what.
I havent watched RAW live in weeks (and I didnt even watch the tape tonight either).

Last week I missed Smackdown, and quite frankly it doesnt bother me in the slightest.

While I do still enjoy watching WWE shows, I no longer find it "must watch" viewing!

I cant even get into TNA, as it just seems like WWE lite.
And other indy promotions are just boring (and that includes ROH).
I think my main issue at the moment is that I regulary go to a local indy show, which I love, but when I try to watch those shows on tv or DVD, they bore me as well.
I think that seeing shows live has now shown me how flat the tv product is.
The cheering & audience participation is an amazing buzz that you totally lose watching at home!

I have seen ROH live & it is awesome, but I have never been able to sit through a whole tv show or DVD!

RAW was pretty rough this week (big surprise there) so you didn't miss anything.

It's sad to see two guys going on 40 (if they aren't there already) try to act like "kewl" teenagers.

The Snitsky match was a match in name only. He didn't even get a ring intro, and Jam...ERRRRRRRRR Umaga ran right through him in a few minutes.

Then Lawler acts like a hyperactive 12 year old during the Victoria/Mickie James match. "LINGERIE! AHHHHHHHH!" He actually makes Ross look good in compairson.

That's all I made it through.

is it just cuz i liked the nwo (or even just the outsiders) and hate hbk so much...? or is this latest incarnation of DX fucking horrible in comparison?

HHH and HBK are just too old to make it work. They look foolish and out of place. HHH built up his arrogant dickhead role for years, but now he's the fun-loving prankster who is getting over on all the heels like the Spirit Squad. It's just lame.

Maybe wrestling was always this stupid, or maybe I'm just feeling older. Either way, it's really painful for me to watch.

TNA did seem like a nice alternative, but they are on par with WWE now. During the last IMPacT!, Cornette and co. went on and on about how the next PPV would be "The Greatest PPV EVAR!!11!...I wonder what the odds are of the next PPV being called that as well? The program did have a few brief matches, but the show is essentially a PPV hype machine. Jeff Jarrett's match wasn't even a match, the Raven/Somoa Joe match was over in a few minutes, and I honestly didn't even watch the rest.

I don't know why wrestling shows think that hyping a PPV 1,000,000 times will result in more PPV buys. How many times can a dead horse be beaten?

Same thing happened to me 4 or 5 years ago, I think if you find a good Indy promotion that captures the good stuff you like about wrestling it's hard to get into the fluff thats on the tube.

Even seeing Smackdown live was far superior to watching on tv, and I was right at the back of the arena!

I really do think that once you realise how much you are missing watching tv, you start to lose interest in it!

Its probably the same reason I have never been a fan of live music albums or DVDs as well!
