This is no kind of excuse. Assuming we're talking about consensual sex, it's up to the girl to play it smart since she knows she's the one that would suffer the most in that situation. If you don't wanna have a kid, then don't let the guy fuck you, simple as that. In that rite, I wish more guys had my own mindset of celibacy, but if you can't trust them, then don't.
Telling girls and boys to be abstinent is no different than telling them to use protection since they're both forms of avoiding child birth. One obviously works better than the other, so this logic of telling them "don't do it, but if you really want to, then use protection (even if you don't want them to)" is some stupid crazy shit. Just say either one or the other for God's sakes! "Fuck" or "don't fuck"!
