Kirstin Dunst has been saying this is her last movie and over in the comic strip Stan Lee's writing a plot about how Spidey thinks he's "lost" MJ to Hollywood. And Stan (or his ghostwriter) tends to try and mirror the movies as much as he can (putting the same villains in the strip during the time the movie's out, having X-men, Punisher and Blade appearances when THEIR movies came out, etc.)
Add this to the donkeyfucker's oft-stated belief that the marriage is a mistake and it adds up to a likely departure for the former Ms Watson
