Actually that picture is a bit dated. That was a "Katrina kitty" that was used to demonstrate to the poor, hungry & helpess what to do while waiting for the federal government to help. Don't worry, the kitten was unharmed. Bush objected to using such a light colored kitty so another kitten was substituted. The fate of the replacement kitten "Brownie" can only be guessed as pictorial evidence (like parts of W's service record) went missing.
