I'm curious just how she died. I mean 39 is pretty young.
A close female friend of mine who I'd known and kept in touch with since college died at age 36, back in August 2003. But I know her death was alcohol related. She would drink and not eat, to compensate for the calories of her alcohol consumption. If you've ever had a few drinks on an empty stomach, you know how hard that is on the body! She did that every day, for close to 20 years. I was saddened when her sister called me to give me the news, but I wasn't surprised.
It seems likely that Anna Nicole's death so young might also be drug or alcohol related. That seems to be the departure method of choice, of many celebrities.
