You can tell the media is suffering through super bowl withdrawal when this crap is even remotely mentioned as news. Losing guys that are more or less past their primes after this year isn't exaclty breaking news. And as for Bernie....he's a great guy but he's not better than Melky at this point. Besides he will probably not sign with anyone else and wait for the Yanks to call if they have any injuries.

God help me, I agree with a Yankees fan.

Bernie is (and has been) a class act. But the fact of the matter is, he's in his late 30s, is past his prime, and is blocked at every position he can play by someone better (or more highly paid). I respect his desire to continue playing and keeping in shape in case the Yankees decide they do want him, but I don't see it happening this year.

As for Mo, this is much ado about nothing. My money's on him staying and retiring a Yankee.

My god, I think Harley has converted Joe mama into a Yankees fan....

Everytime a Red Sox fan converts, a Yankees-girl gets her wings...

Dear, sweet Harley Kwink...I'm madly in love with you. Marry me! We can go to Canadia. Or Boston or something. It'll be grand...You know the cookies are a given. They are ALWAYS a given. You could dump me tomorrow and you'd still get the cookies. Boston..shit, wherever dyke weddings were legalized. And where better to rub their little piggie noses in how bad they suck than right on their doorstep? What are they gonna do? Be jealous of you? Stare furiously at your tah-tahs? Not willingly give you cookies, but instead begrudgingly give you their cookies? Woman, time to wake up to the powers you wield - Uschi
