I don't eat McNuggets, as I'm still disturbed by the thought of which part of the chicken they came from, but when I do rarely drop into a McDonald's, I just get a Big Mac. Nothing more. It's very satisfying, and it's something I treat myself to once in a while, like a chocolate bar or a pitcher of beer, like something meant to be eaten as a treat alongside healthy food. I don't consider it on the same level as homemade food.

Whenever I've picked up fries and a soft drink with it, though, I get that bloated McD's feeling that doesn't go away for awhile. Definitely not worth the cheap price.
