Isn't this sort of pissing in the wind? I can't see any of them agreeing with a registration act, aside from Superman, who did so in the Legends miniseries when Glorious Godfrey, in disguise as an anti-metahuman demagogue, caused all superheroes to go underground.
Unlike the Marvel heroes, who tend to be a fairly disparite lot notwithstanding the recent Illuminati storyline, there's always been clear consensus between the DC heroes.
Now, a DC Illuminati would be interesting... Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Niles Calder, Dr Magnus, Captain Comet, Mr Terrific, Katana (if Geo-Force is no longer a candidate).... with Batman and Superman finding out about it and mad as hell.
