Nowhereman has repeatedly written of how much he loathes the idea of being a Sports Mod, so Rob rewarded his honesty by...making him a Sports Mod.

Fused and rex were given their walking papers from Rob. They didn't even get a chance to pin one last thread. Rumor (or "rumour") has it, that Rob didn't even fire them in person, nor did he send them a private message. They showed up for work, and their magic mod buttons were gone. Just like that.

But then there are others who welcome the challenge.

Jeremy likes being a Comic Books Mod so much, he openly suggested that Timmy Time Tot and Wednesday get the Fused/rex treatment. He went so far to hand pick their replacements. REPLACEMENTS, and posted a poll to rally public support for his vision. The amendment passed by a 5-3 majority, and Rob is considering making a change according to Jeremy's design for the future.

Captain Sammitch, the greatest poster to never be a mod EVAR, has campaigned to be the next Arcade Room Mod. However, Sammitch has been known to make fun of the Yankees, one of the cardinal sins of life at RKMB...

PJP has higher aspirations than most. He offered to pay the lump sum of $10.00 (U.S.) and half off chicken wings for life at his restaurant in exchange for the RKMB, but Rob declined the offer, holding out for free celery sticks to be included in the chicken wing portion of the deal. The offer of free wet naps was considered in lieu of the celery sticks, but this wasn't enough to make both sides happy.

Uschi, knutreturns, and others are engaged in a full-scale war for control over the Arcade Room Mod positions. The absence of rex/Fused has created a power vacuum, and some critics argue that life was better and more orderly under the previous regime, as repressive as it was.

Ray Adler was briefly a Religious Board mod. He held the position in such high regard, that he declared the board to be a "Spam Free Zone", going so far to sent longtime nemesis MisterJLA a private message, urging him to spare the board from Spam raids. For reasons that are still unclear, Rob Kamphausen stripped Adler of his authority, sending him back to regular user status in shame. Adler has since rebelled against Kamphausen in revenge.

Ultimate Jaburg53 christened the arrival of the Random Chat Board. His platform was based on his wanting of "happy people", and Random Chat has been a surprising success, eclipsing the fame and popularity of the very board that it derived from, the Off Topic/Very Offensive/Hide the Women and Children board.
