I just now watched American Psycho for the first time. So, does he just get away with it or was it all in his head?
My understanding of it was that it was all in his head, which is why the sequel is worthless!

It was on tv here last year. I get the feeling it was straight to DVD or a tv movie. It was sposed to be something about one of the girls in the first movie, who wasnt killed or witnessed one of the kills, and she becomes possessed with his psychosis or something after he dies. Pure shite!
