Actually, yes it does. Even with mental conditions, a person still has to take responsibility for themselves and their actions. If he indeed is found to be the culprit, he is a bad and evil person, and much much less of a man for killing his wife and child. A good, not-evil person would get assistance dealing with a mental condition, a real man would not be so selfish and weak to destroy people due to his own conditions.
Sorry, Pig, but there is no excuse for murder. I hope, for y'all's sake of preserving his image and memory as a good person, I hope he didn't do it.
