And maybe I don't know a five star blockbuster smash hit when I see one.
The movie is called "Transformers" and yet the stars hardly had any lines. So many questions were unanswered, including who each of them are, how they got the ability to transform, etc. Who needs that when you can watch a selfish kid bug his dad for a car and use it to ditch his friend at a place neither were invited to pick up a girl that turns out to be an ex con's daughter, and then is burdened with the fate of the world?
But don't take my word for it. I am not a movie critic. I am a real horse.
That's really right on the money. The Transformers were secondary characters. What very little character work they did with Bumblebee and Ironhide had the characters wrong. And Starscream only had one fucking line. I mean, come on! And all Megatron really did was regurgitate dialogue from the animated movie. And why was Sam still selling his great-grandfather's shit to make money that he already had? I mean, outside of the fact that it was a plot device to center the action on him.
