Maleficent is still my fave Disney villian, though. But perhaps the most evil would be the Wicked Queen in Snow White:

Ninja Scroll, though admitedly I'm not an anime fan - unfortunately, the look just turns me off.
Akira's on my netflix list, though as its gotten such good reviews. I'm curious about
Ninja Scroll now and will check it out too.
These five take nothing away from The Incredibles, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs, Akira, Heavy Metal, Rock & Rule, Shrek, Cinderella, or Iron Giant. They're all great. These are just my five favorites, though I reserve the right to switch out a few depending on my mood.
