My first take on the second draft was that they weren't necessarily doing the ARAH characters just using the name. I believe Sommers preferred the second version to the first-which had a core of 5-10 familiar ARAH characters I believe.

Let's face it..only action junkies will see this if it doesn't have Snake Eyes, Scarlett, Duke, Flint, Roadblock and Cobra Commander.
