I can't see Bale and Routh playing Bats/Supes in a JLA film. Would it be cool? Of course, but as noted above, it would prolly disrupt filming for both franchises. Additionally, most actors are afraid of being pegged into a role after the usual three that they sign on for, so getting them to sign on for a 4th time in a movie where they technically aren't the leads would be near impossible. Besides, as much as I love Bale as Bats (and, yes, Routh did a solid job as Supes despite the movie itself being dull) I don't think a JLA movie would suffer if two other actors took over the roles for an ensemble movie that JLA would end up being. At worst there would be comparisons, but that wouldn't stop movie goers from seeing it - only it being a sucky film could do that.
